Shipping & Returns

What is the shipping methods and carriers?
For deliveries to the United States, orders are shipped via UPS. For all other regions, orders are shipped via international mail (EMS).
What are the shipping fees?
We offer free shipping worldwide.
How long does it take from when I place my order until it is shipped?
Orders are shipped within three (3) business days after they are received (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For international deliveries, please allow approximately 1–3 weeks after shipment.
Can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status on the carrier’s website.

Can I return my order?
We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference or convenience.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly due to our error, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue (we may request additional images or video to verify the problem).
If we confirm that the problem is due to our error, we will replace the item at no cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.
Please note that, as a general rule, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once the product has been used.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards via Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. You can also use Shop Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Are all of your Shears hand-forged?
Yes, all of our shears are handcrafted by skilled artisans. We also use materials such as Japanese high-carbon steel and stainless steel.
Are all of the scissors you make traditional Japanese-style scissors?
All of our scissors are made using traditional Japanese forging techniques that have been passed down through generations. Our lineup includes classic Japanese-style scissors, bonsai shears, and ikebana shears, as well as Western-style spring-loaded pruning shears/secateurs and snips. We invite you to experience the unique fusion of Western usability and Japanese blade craftsmanship.
How should I maintain my shears?
Our shiears are extremely sharp, but proper maintenance is essential to keep their cutting performance. We’ve prepared a Maintenance page with detailed instructions, so please refer to it for more information.
