Returns Due to Customer Preference

We are sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference or convenience.


Returns Due to Our Error

Although we conduct thorough inspections before shipping, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos or videos documenting the issue.
(We may request images or video showing the condition of the product to verify the problem.)

If the item is damaged, not functioning properly, or otherwise defective due to our error, we will replace the product at no cost to you.
If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.

Please note that, as a general rule, returns or exchanges are not accepted after the product has been used.
