Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Carriers
For deliveries to the United States, orders are shipped via UPS. For all other regions, orders are shipped via international mail (EMS).

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping worldwide.

Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are shipped within three (3) business days after they are received (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For international deliveries, please allow approximately 1–3 weeks after shipment.

Tracking Information
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status on the carrier’s website.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be charged. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations
You may change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If you wish to request a change or cancellation, please contact us at the email address below and include your name and order number.
